Theoretically, during your stay, you do not have to meet the other inhabitants of the house at all and enjoy your holiday as if you were accommodated in a separate house. The apartment is entered through a separate entrance, which is located on the side of the building. Behind the spacious entrance hall, which forms the hall, there is an entrance door to the apartment. Behind this door there is a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Just as the apartment has its own entrance to the building, it also has its own garage with its own access road for car parking, which is intended only for the apartment and its owner. The apartment is fully equipped with quality BOSCH and Liebherr appliances, in addition to standard kitchen appliances, there is also an automatic coffee machine and 4K smart TV with foreign TV channels and WiFi.

Apartments Dalibor II are located in the wider quiet center of the Giant Mountains mountain resort Spindleruv Mlyn. Within a 5-minute walk (320 m) from the building you can reach the city center, where you will find shops or restaurants with Czech or international cuisine. It is only a short walk from the appartment (walking distance) to the Medvědín ski area or the bus stop to Špindlerův bouda, which is an excellent start to summer hiking or winter skiing trails. In winter, a ski bus stops at the same place, which also takes you to the ski area, Medvědín, Hromovka, or to the area in Sv. Peter.
